About WLF · Fort Worth

More than a club.
A standard of care.

Most people find WLF because something hurts. Pain is where we start. Wellness, lifestyle, and freedom are where we are headed.

Why the name

Wellness. Lifestyle. Freedom.

Three words. One order. This is how we build, and how we deliver.

Wellness

The starting point. Nothing else works if your body does not.

Lifestyle

What real wellness buys you. Better choices, more capacity, every day.

Freedom

The actual outcome. Say yes to the trip. Carry the bags. Keep up. Live on your terms.

Dr. Colton Purscell, founder of WLF Club.
Take care of the wellness, that feeds the lifestyle, you make healthier choices, your business does better. I have the freedom to do what I want knowing my body is going to keep up. I want to go helicopter skiing? Great. Carry all the bags to the beach so my wife can carry the baby? Great. That is what we are selling.

Our pillars

Six pillars.
One purpose.

Real health is not built in one area. The thing you came in for is rarely the whole picture, so every member gets read across all six.

Explore the services

Movement & Pain

How you move, and what hurts when you do.

Recovery & Sleep

How well you bounce back between days.

Metabolic & Nutrition

How your body makes and uses fuel.

Hormones & Energy

What is driving your energy up or down.

Performance & Fitness

Mindset & Stress

How stress shows up in your body and your day.

The pattern

We start with a reading.

Most clinics start with a sales conversation. Before anyone here suggests a program, a service, or a membership, we find out what is going on: what moves well, what does not, and what is actually holding you back.

We would rather tell you no than sell you the wrong thing. That order is easier to say than to run. It means turning down a membership that is not the right fit, and pointing you to the one service that addresses your gap, even when it is the cheaper answer.

Most clinics
At WLF
You start with a sales conversation.
You start with a reading.
They send you somewhere else for the testing.
We own the machines and run the tests here.
They pick one lane, chiro or training.
Both lanes run under one roof.
They chase the ache you came in for.
We look upstream for what caused it.
How WLF works differently

Measure first. Recommend second. Sell only if it fits.

The reading

The machines are in the building.

We measure how your body uses oxygen, how much force you can produce, and how you move. The equipment that does it lives here: PNOE, ARX, and Vasper. Most clinics send you somewhere else for that. It means your first real conversation is built on your own numbers, not a guess.

The team

The people reading you.

Every assessment, adjustment, and program at WLF runs through credentialed hands.

Founder

Dr. Colton Purscell, DC

Colton is a Fort Worth native and a former college basketball player. He earned his BS in Movement Science at TCU and his Doctor of Chiropractic at Palmer College, then kept adding credentials instead of stopping at the license. He opened the doors in May 2022, then built WLF to run chiropractic and performance under one roof, so members do not get sent out for the parts that overlap.

Ethan Thomas

Programs, testing, and day-to-day coaching on the floor run through Ethan, WLF's Performance and Recovery Coach. He works with the chiro and medical team under the same roof, so your program matches what your tests found.

Being a runner means taking recovery seriously, and WLF has made this part of training something I actually look forward to! Dr Colton is intentional… treats you like an athlete and not just another appointment.

Questions

Asked before the first visit.

Anything else, call (817) 349-7815 and ask. A person answers, not a phone tree.

Do I have to buy a membership to be seen at WLF?

No. Membership is offered only when it fits what your reading found. If one service is the right answer for you, that is what we recommend, even when it is the cheaper one.

What happens on a first visit?

Most people start with a free phone consultation. Tell us what is going on, and we will point you at the right starting place. From there, the team reads where you stand in person and builds the plan with you.

Where is WLF and how do I reach a real person?

WLF Club is at 5724 W Vickery Blvd, Fort Worth, TX 76107. Call or text (817) 349-7815, or email [email protected]. Hours are on the band at the bottom of this page.
