Rest is passive. Recovery is a variable you can train.
Sauna, cold plunge, red light, and PEMF, built to support how you train, work, and sleep. Not a spa day off from training. The other half of it.
Sound
familiar?
These are the patterns the recovery suite at WLF is built around.
We match the tool to what your body is actually behind on, instead of guessing at it.

What you trained
What never recovered
Illustration only. Not medical advice.
I am sore for days after a hard session.
I do not know whether to plunge or sauna first.
Sleep is not cutting it anymore.
I only think about recovery once I am already hurt.
Rest happens to you. Recovery is something you plan.
A hard session is supposed to create stress. That is the point. What decides whether that stress turns into progress is what you do after you leave the floor. Most people's version of recovery is a couch and a scrolling thumb. That is rest. It is not built around what training actually did to your body that day.
Four tools, one room.
Heat that gets your heart working.
Heat raises your body temperature, close to light cardio. It is designed to support circulation and help you unwind after training. Build up your time. Do not chase a record on day one.
A shock to the system, on purpose.
Cold water immersion is a deliberate shock. It may help support how sore muscles feel after a hard session, and most people find it invigorating past the first thirty seconds. Talk to your provider first if you have a heart condition.
Red light therapy in use.
A passive session, lights only.
Red and near-infrared light may help support tissue recovery and skin health. You lie down, let the light do its part, and get back to your day. It is not a substitute for the training that earned the recovery.
A lower-stimulus day, built in.
PEMF is a passive recovery tool you use lying down. It is designed to support relaxation and recovery between harder training days. It pairs well with the rest of the suite on a day when your body needs less stimulus, not more.
Built into the club, not bolted on.
The suite is part of the club Dr. Colton Purscell built. It runs under the same roof as training, chiro, and medical, so it fits your plan instead of being sold as a spa add-on. Take a look inside.
Asked before the first visit.
Anything else, call (817) 349-7815 and ask. A person answers, not a phone tree.
What is contrast therapy? Does WLF offer it?
Contrast therapy means going from heat to cold in one session. Most people use the sauna, then the cold plunge. Both are in the recovery suite. You can do it all in one visit.
How often should I use the recovery suite?
It depends on your training and how your body responds. Some members use it after every hard session. Others use it a couple times a week as a reset. If you are not sure what fits, book a free phone consultation and ask.
Is cold plunge safe for older adults or people with health conditions?
Cold water immersion puts real stress on your heart and blood vessels. Talk to a provider first if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, or another health concern. WLF staff can help you figure out if it is a good fit.
Do I need a membership to use the recovery suite?
Membership includes the recovery suite. You can also drop in for a single session. That way you can try it before you commit.
Can I drop in for a single recovery session without booking anything else?
Yes. Sauna, cold plunge, red light, and PEMF are all built for drop-in use. Call (817) 349-7815 or book online to check same-day availability.
